Every Christmas, Germans and British watch an old British television comedy sketch called Dinner for One. The short sketch is just eleven minutes long, shot in black and white and entirely in English. In the sketch, a dowager and her butlerenjoy a dinner celebration that's anything but routine. Enjoy it, since it is really funny.
-"Same procedure as last year, Miss Sophie? "
-"Same procedure as every year, James".
Hilarious!

"If a doctor, lawyer, or dentist had 40 people in his office at one time, all of whom had different needs, and some of whom didn't want to be there and were causing trouble, and the doctor, lawyer, or dentist, without assistance, had to treat them all with professional excellence for nine months, then he might have some conception of the classroom teacher's job." -- Donald D.Quinn

RAFA NADAL SPEAKING IN ENGLISH
Speaking with a native accent is not so important to communicate in the foreign language. However, it is very important to have a good pronunciation. Here is a video of Rafa Nadal's interview at the Roland Garros tournament. As you can see, Rafa is using a correct English, but with a Spanish accent.
